Freezer Breakfast Burrito

In an effort to eat more breakfast during busy times hubby and I came up with some tasty breakfast burritos that can be reheated each morning.

I like to have eggs, cheese and sausage in mine but there are many more things that you could add in. Peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.

This is a simple recipe that can be customized to your liking. If you follow Trim Healthy Mama then just use a low-carb tortilla and it is a tasty S breakfast.

Breakfast Burritos
  1. Cook the sausage until nice and brown.
  2. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Take a tortilla and layer in sausage, egg, and cheese. Roll up your burrito, ends in and then the sides.
  4. Place all on a cookie sheet unwrapped and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes roll each one individually in plastic wrap, then place in a ziplock baggie and put in the freezer.
  5. To warm up place in microwave for 30 seconds see if it is warm to the touch, if not do another 30 seconds at a time until hot.
