New Years Eve when I was growing up was about eating pigs in a blanket, Rice Krispie treats, fudge, and other snacks as we stayed up watching tv and waiting for the ball to drop. Since the whole point is to stay up late it doesn’t make sense to have a full meal, its better to have snacks and appetizer type dishes to eat on as the night goes on. I have gathered some New Years Eve snacks that are on plan.
I got together 20 THM friendly finger foods that would be perfect for any New Years Eve event. Most of them are an S with a couple E thrown in there. I have not tried all these but the bloggers that I got them from I trust and know that their recipes will be on plan and will taste good.
