Hey guys I know I have been gone for a while, and I will continue to be pretty sporadic on posting but I have missed this space so much! We just got back from a trip to Ireland and I am dying to share with you some awesome food spots we found. For now, though I want to put my starting tips for Trim Healthy Mama in one spot along with some of my more popular recipes.
I have to say I made my goal weight and then decided going off plan here and there wouldn’t hurt that much. Well, I was wrong because getting back on plan fully never happened and I have gained more then I like to admit back. So I am starting again with many of who are wanting to start the year healthy. I want to assure those of you who are just not sure if this will work, it works, its a freedom that will help you feel better and help your body heal. Losing weight is really just a bonus. Make a plan and follow the Sister’s advice, give yourself grace, have patience and you can do this.
