Brown the meat in a large skilet, drain fat, add seasonings mix well.
Spread meat into 9x13 pan, mix in half the shredded cheese.
In a bowl combine eggs, mayonnaise and cream. Pour over the meat, then top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes, until bubbly.
