Chili THM E
An easy meal that feeds a lot. This is our special mixture using half beef and half turkey. I love that this recipe is lean enough to be a great healthy E meal on the Trim Healthy Mama Plan. Serve with just a sprinkle of cheese to keep it an E, or use reduced fat cheese.

Instructions
  1. Brown beef and turkey in large pot. Dutch Oven recommended. Drain and rinse fat off when done.
  2. Add in tomato sauce, black beans, and seasonings. Stir to combine
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce to simmer on low heat.
  4. Simmer for 3 hours stiring every hour or so.
