Instructions
  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Add in onion, jalapeno, cilantro and pour in salsa.
  2. Cook in crock pot for 8 hours.
  3. Once the meat is cooked use two forks and pull apart to shred it. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Serve on tortillas with cheese and other toppings as desired.
