Instructions
  1. Combine the oil, cocoa powder, and extract if using. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a blender add chocoalte mixture, eggs and salt. Blend until fully combined.
  3. Add liquid through the poor spout while running on low. Blend until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into small ramekins. Dpending on how much you put in each you will get 4-6.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap. Put into fridge and let sit for about 12 hours.
Recipe Notes

If you don't make your chocolate using this method often you may want to add more Pyure.

Extract adds just a bit more flavor and you can use any kind that you like, I just happen to love the caramel in my chocolates.

If you are using a Ninja,  I don't recommend using the pour spout it makes a big mess. I poured in all the water and quickly blended so that it did not curdle the eggs.
