Vanilla Ice Cream – Sugar Free THM Heavy S
A basic vanilla ice cream to have when following the Trim Healthy Mama plan. Made in a 2 quart ice cream mixer.

  1. In a large bowl combine cream and half and half.
  2. In a small bowl combine egg yolks, Pyure, baking powder and vanilla. Whisk together so the sugar is mixed in.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the cream and half and half. Stir until well combined.
  4. Freeze as directed by ice cream maker instructions. Mine takes about 20 minutes. I also like to pour mine in after I started the machine turning.
  5. Pour into container and store in freezer. I like mine a little more firm so I freeze it for about two hours before scooping. If the ice cream gets hard in the freezer sit out on the counter for about 20 minutes and you will be able to scoop, or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
