I was making my menu for the week and realized I couldn’t think of any sides for my non-lean meat that didn’t involve green beans or cauliflower which the husband is tired of eating. When I am making an S dish and I want a side I tend to repeat the same things over and over. Roasted or Sauteed cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini or green beans, they are great but sometimes I just want something different. So I set out to find some new recipes that we would enjoy.

I know I said non veggie sides and these feature some veggies BUT, they are not the dishes you think of first, well at least I don’t, when making a meal plan for the week.
Bacon Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms from My Table of Three ( I made these last night and they are amazing!)
Zucchini Noodles from Darcie’s Dishes ( These are great to replace pasta or just add a fun twist on noodles.)
Asparagus Bacon Bundles from Lil Luna (You can do the same with green beans as well.)
