Wonderful Wednesdays Link Party #5

Welcome to week 5 of Wonderful Wednesdays Link Party! We hope you had a great Thanksgiving week and can’t wait to see the new recipes you came up with while we took a break. This week I will be featuring a couple of my favorites from week 4 and some old dessert post of mine.

As we prep for the holiday season, I know sticking to the plan becomes a bit more difficult.  Remember to give yourself grace and enjoy the food freedom that THM allows us. If you mess up or intentionally eat off plan a couple times that is OK but don’t forget to get back on plan soon. This will keep you on the weight loss journey or if nothing else from gaining until after the holidays. Be prepared with on plan treats and sippers to help get through some of those more tempting days.

Check out my post on eating healthy at potlucks.

From the Vault

My favorite cheesecake! Sugar-Free Strawberry Cheesecake a great guilt free dessert that everyone will love. Don’t use graham crackers and it is perfectly on plan.

This Chocolate Mouse has been skinnified and never tasted better! Great to have on hand when those sweet cravings hit and you are surrounded by cookies!

Judy has made a delicious looking Turkey Soup to take care of some of those leftovers from Thanksgiving. It looks good enough to make a fresh batch of stuffing and turkey just for the soup!
